PIP NanoWeld is a project awarded to AmaDema through a tendering process held by the European Space Agency. The objective of the project is the application of NanoWeld® technology for developing Payload Interface Plate of the satellite structure under development by Admatis and improve its resistance to vibration, mechanical strength in different modes, bonds strength as well as in thermal loads.. NanoWeld material properties such as material elastic modulus, stiffness, and damping resistance will be exploited for this project. For the successful completion of the project, AmaDema has partnered with ADMATIS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
